MAHOGANY PORTICO MANTEL CLOCK 

 
Early 19th century French Japy Portico clock probably dating from the First Empire period. The Clock is marked inside with ‘Japy’. The body of the clock is made in a beautiful mahogany veneer, with Gilt and Ormolu fittings and pendulum.  
 
The movement is a silk suspension 8-day movement, striking the hour and ½ hour on a bell, 
 
The movement has been fully serviced and is in good running order.
